Managing stormwater for the benefit of the local and college communities
Funded by the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations, the Lycoming College Clean Water Institute is developing 'college-community partnerships' to assist local municipalities manage stormwater.
We seek to provide resources and support for residents, employees and businesses in the Williamsport, Pennsylvania region (including Williamsport, Loyalsock Township, Old Lycoming Township, Duboistown, South Williamsport, Fairfield Township, Hepburn Township, Lycoming Township, and Montoursville Borough) as they strive to comply with municipal separate storm sewer (MS4) and other stormwater regulations.
Information all residents should know to help improve communities and meet permit requirements in a cost-effective manner.

Information public employees need to comply with good housekeeping and other municipal stormwater standards.
