​Managing stormwater for the benefit of the local and college communities


Funded by the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations, the Lycoming College Clean Water Institute is developing 'college-community partnerships' to assist local municipalities manage stormwater.
We seek to provide resources and support for residents, employees and businesses in the Williamsport, Pennsylvania region (including Williamsport, Loyalsock Township, Old Lycoming Township, Duboistown, South Williamsport, Fairfield Township, Hepburn Township, Lycoming Township, and Montoursville Borough) as they strive to comply with municipal separate storm sewer (MS4) and other stormwater regulations.
